When and how will my order ship?

It’s A Mom boxes ship from our shop typically within 1-2 business days and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. As of now, we only ship within the United States. If you need your order by a specific date please email us at ItsaMomBox@gmail.com and we will definitely try to make it happen!

Can I add a personalized card?

Absolutely! Please write your personal note on the form at checkout. If you prefer to add your own handwritten message, please contact us at ItsaMomBox@gmail.com and let us know to include a blank card with your gift.

What is your return policy?

Because there is so much detail and precision that goes into every gift box, all sales are final. We make sure your gifts get to you in great condition. If there has been any damage during shipping, please let us know at ItsaMomBox@gmail.com.
